Jenny Rapien is a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) who specializes in chronic illnesses, chronic pain conditions, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Her years of training and education as a clinical social worker and a yoga teacher/therapist has enabled her to understand these conditions from both a traditional medical perspective as well as a holistic/complimentary perspective. It is her belief that we all have the capacity to heal and yoga practices such as asana, meditation, mindfulness, breathing practices, mantras, and mudras can help us reconnect with this innate capacity.
