During your first yoga therapy session, you will complete an assessment and identify what is most important to you. You will then work with the
yoga therapist to establish goals that will address your particular condition, needs, and aspirations.
Typically, yoga therapy is offered as in-person sessions. However, due to the importance of maintaining safety during COVID -19, all yoga therapy sessions are currently being offered virtually (zoom).
